I have developed the "How to Reduce Stress and Improve Mental and Emotional Health" program specifically for businesses and non-profit organizations. The purpose of this program is to help their staff who are dealing with stress, burnout, and anxiety to improve their emotional well-being and feel empowered.
Mental health in Canada is declining, with one in five Canadians experiencing a psychological health problem or illness each year. In April 2023, research showed that over 4.1 million people experienced high levels of work-related stress, representing 21.2% of all employed people. The healthcare and social assistance industry had the highest prevalence of work-related stress, with 27.3% of employees experiencing high levels. For your organization, this means that performance is affected at both the individual and organizational level, leading to decreased productivity, increased health costs and higher employee turnover.
