Individual Sessions

My work primarily focuses on two areas: providing mental and emotional health support to expat women and actively advocating for mental health in the workplace by offering training and individual sessions. Sometimes, the two areas overlap.


I use a variety of modalities: Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotional Intelligence. Sessions are conducted online and are one hour long.


So, what results can you expect to achieve by working with me?


When I work with women who have moved to a different country and feel disconnected from their new life, I help them to bring all the pieces of the puzzle back together. After growing and evolving, it’s time to integrate the new learnings and the aspects of the new life into the core values. There will be a rediscovery of the higher self and a new sense of belonging.


As an immigrant myself, I know that relocating is one of the most stressful experiences, and it can lead to a feeling of having lost our identity. I help my expat women clients to re-evaluate their values, define their priorities, and bring back joy, lightness, and love for themselves. Wouldn't it be fantastic to feel whole again? To feel like you have a place in the new country? To feel valuable and resourceful?


When supporting mental health in the workplace, I work with both individuals and organizations by providing individual sessions and group programs. Individual sessions and programs focus on teaching individuals how to acknowledge and manage their emotions. Modalities such as Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotional Intelligence can be easily acquired and used whenever there's an emotional trigger.
